Dear Friends,
If you pull up the main page of the Letterboxing USA site
(www.letterboxing.org), you should now find a revised version of the retro
postcard-inspired masthead design.
Perfectionist that I am, I'm still not entirely happy with all the pictures,
so I will probably be making further changes in the future. Meanwhile, I was
hoping some of you could take a look at it, as it now stands. Feel free to
let me know which of the pictures I've included are the WORST in your opinion.
Are there some that you have no idea what they're supposed to be?
Then (just so I don't get too frustrated and give up on the whole thing) you
might let me know if you think any of the pictures, in particular, turned out
really nice. I have my own notions about which letters need revision, and
which ones are kewl, but I'll wait until later to express my opinions so as
not to taint your opinions.
As always, thank you for taking the time to help me with this project.

I think this masthead if really fine! You've done a great job if
selecting images and fitting them to the letter shapes.
I'd like to see a New England church spire as mentioned previously - I
have lots of architecture-related photos - all in slide format. Don't
really have a way to scan slides.
Anyhow, I also think its OK as is - if another good image surfaces, make
the swap. Maybe I will find something yet to send you.
